III. Dates and locationsChampionships will take place on Mount Zar in Miedzybrodzie Zywieckie (Poland, silesia region)
Race Office will be located at lower station of the lift and will be open during the days: 15-16 July 2017 from 08:30 - 17:00
IV. CategoriesTitle of Polish Champion in DH for 2017 will be granted in categories:
- Elite Men - riders with UCI license,
- Women - born 2002 and before, riders with UCI Elite licence, Juniors,
- Junior Men - riders with UCI licence, riders with Junior PZKol licence,
- Masters I - riders with UCI licence, born 1987-1978.
- Masters II - riders with UCI licence, born 1977 and earlier.
- Junior Hobby -riders without UCI licence, born 1999-2002,
- Hobby Hardtail -riders without UCI licence, born 1998 and before, bike without rear suspension,
- Hobby Full -riders without UCI licence, born 1998 and before, full suspension bike.
In every category must be at least 4 participating riders to be valid. Organizer with Head Judge have right to combine categories if there will be not enough riders
V. Conditions of participationDiverse Downhill Contest is directed to the riders with the UCI license and to the ones without it (proper categories).

The organizer, and co-organizers will not be held responsible for any injuries or damage of property which may occur before, during and after the race. The riders participate at their own risk. The participants will be held responsible for any damage they may cause. By a knowledging these rules the participants will not claim any reparations from the race organizer in case of any damage that might occur during the event.
I understand that in case of the accident I cannot make any claims towards the organizer. I know that I must follow the rules, follow the marshals and referees orders. I accept the rules and willingly register for the race. My health allows me to take part in the race, without a risk of health deterioration or a threat of life. I have a knowledge about the rules and I have inspected the race course. I am fully aware of the risks that I take during the race. I have a valid insurance policy. I am not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, that could influence my performance during the race.
In case of riders under 18, a written, signed parent consent is needed. Photos, films, interviews with me and the results containing my name can be used by the media. My signature means that I have read and understood all conditions and rules, I have filled in the registration form according to the true state of things. I allow my personal details to be processed according to: 29 August 1997, Personal Data Protection Act (Dz.U.Nr 133, poz.883).
VI. Registration feeYou can register on-line at www.downhillcup.eu (registration form) till Wednesday 12.07.2017 h 24:00 or on the Day before the race in the race office. Registration fee: payed by bank transfer before event 70 pln [16 euro], payed on site 80 PLN [18 euro]

Registration fee exclude tramcar lift fee during the event. Participants absorb any bank charges incurred by transferring the entry fee. The fee is non-refundable.
VII. RulesThere are two timed runs (seeding run, final run). In the final run, there will be the folowing number of riders in category:
The time from the final run decides about the result. The riders will start every minute. In case of exceptionally big number of riders the intervals can be shortened. If a rider fails to appear at the start gate at a given time he will be disqualified from the race. The riders must attach the number plate provided by the organisers at the front of the bike. In any cases not mentioned here the main referee with organizers have a right to decide.
VIII. Safety rules:
- To ensure safety, there are race marshals at the course, equipped with red and yellow flags
- Yellow flag is waved if there is a crash at official training. If a rider sees a yellow flag, he must stop or go down slowly.
- If a red flag is waved it means there has been an accident during the competition. In this case a rider must stop and then go to the finish line and report the fact to the referee.
IX. PrizesPrizes are given in the following categories with the minimum number of participants (Elite and Junior - 6 riders, Women and Masters - 4 riders) cups up to 5th place and:
- I place - 800 pln
- II place - 500 pln
- III place - 300 pln
Other categories -gifts for the first three and cups for the first five riders.

9:30 am to 3:00 pm -obligatory bike training with stops
3:00 pm to 5:00 pm -obligatory non-stop bike training (riders with licence)
5:00 pm - MONSTER BEST WHIP CONTEST
8:00 am -securing the track and displaying the starting lists in the office
8:30 am to 10:00 am -training for all categories
10:00 am to 11:00 am -training for riders with licence only
11.30 am to 1:30 pm - seeding run
2:00 pm to 4:00 pm - final run
15 minutes after competition - award ceremony
XII. PenaltiesThe organiser can do the following penalties:
- Warn a rider.
- Give time off.
- Disqualify a rider.
- Other penalties in accordance with UCI rules.
